Norman Jones, Chief Executive Officer

Norman Jones brings a unique insight to his role as CEO of WealthTouch after years of working and associating with ultra-high net worth individuals. Raised in South Africa, he has spent more than 15 years working as a business consultant and entrepreneur in Asia, Europe and the United States, often working closely with the clientele WealthTouch now serves. In Hong Kong, Jones developed, led and sold two highly successful distribution and marketing businesses with backing from several ultra-high net worth investors. He also spent seven years in Accenture's strategy practice in London and San Francisco, consulting for companies in both the financial services and high-tech sectors. He was one of the founders of Connection to eBay™, a service business joint venture between eBay and Accenture, and led strategy engagements at Barclays, Standard Bank, Novell, HP, NetApp and eBay. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from IMD, the world's top-ranked international business school, in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and on the US Board of Starfish Greathearts Foundation.


James Shehigian, President

James Shehigian brings 25 years of strategic leadership experience in the wealth management and financial services arena to his role as President of WealthTouch, where his responsibilities include the operating, product and client-facing divisions of the firm. Shehigian joined WealthTouch in 2008 from Private Client Resources (PCR) where he developed and directed that company's growth strategies addressing private banks and large financial institutions serving ultra-high net worth families. In 1996, Shehigian co-founded the successful strategic consulting firm Calypso Holdings, a pioneer in comprehensive channel distribution, marketing and technology strategies for leading wealth management firms throughout the United States. For a decade prior, Shehigian held leadership positions with firms including Nuveen Investments, Envestnet and CNA Financial. In these roles he created technology and marketing innovations that have continued to drive sustained competitive advantage. Shehigian holds a degree in economics from Northwestern University.


Rulonna Neilson, Executive Vice President

Rulonna Neilson serves as WealthTouch's Executive Vice President. In this role she is responsible for the firm's client service and marketing organizations and leads WeathTouch's brand-building and awareness efforts. Ms. Neilson has over 15 years of experience in the financial services and healthcare industries, serving wealth management, private equity, medical device, and turnaround management companies. She has led initiatives in growth strategy, market planning, brand development/positioning, competitive landscape analysis, and acquisition due diligence and integration. She holds a BA from Harvard College and has completed the advanced studies program in international politics and economics at Cambridge University.


Craig Pearson, Managing Director of Sales

Craig Pearson brings over 15 years of direct sales and sales leadership working with financial services companies. At WealthTouch his focus is realigning and implementing a global sales strategy that will enable WealthTouch to remain the industry leader across the Americas and EMEA. Prior to WealthTouch, Pearson successfully restructured two startups that led to market leadership positions within the wealth management segments they served. Pearson has also worked at Charles River Development and ThomsonReuters where he was responsible for managing and growing several of their largest clients. Over the life of his career, Pearson has established senior-level relationships at tier-one financial services firms across the world. He holds a Masters in Finance from Bentley College, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.


Joanne Frawley, Vice President of Portfolio Reporting Products

Joanne Frawley has worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years primarily focused on client reporting, portfolio accounting, and performance measurement. Ms. Frawley joined WealthTouch from Morgan Stanley PWM where she was the Vice President in charge of Performance and Client Reporting. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ms. Frawley worked as the Director of Information Product at Private Client Resources (PCR). She also served as a manager of performance reporting for several asset management firms, including Rockefeller & Co., Inc. where she worked on the initial designs for RockIT. Ms. Frawley holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.


John Kogan, Chief Technology Officer

John Kogan, a senior technology executive, brings more than 25 years of technology, business and leadership experience to WealthTouch. Most recently, Kogan was a consultant at Apollo Management as the Director of Technology for its Private Equity division. Prior to Apollo, Kogan was the Chief Technology Officer at Fairfield Greenwich Group, a privately held hedge fund that managed 15 billion in assets. Kogan brings extensive financial services-specific technology experience to WealthTouch from his 17-year career at Goldman Sachs Group, where he held several positions, working his way up from a Senior Programmer Analyst to Vice President of Securities Accounting. At Goldman, Kogan also served as the Vice President of Equities Technology while living in Japan for three years. Kogan holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Bradley University.
